Connect

One window. Every device.

One app for every AI coding tool you use.

Connect. Every agent you run, connected.

01

Open several panels

One click opens Claude, Codex, shell, or a collaboration room. Same project folder, separate sessions.

GUI-first
02

Terminal features still work

Real terminals underneath, not a simulation. Slash commands, TUIs, key bindings, and your login shell all work.

Real PTY
03

Claude ↔ Codex collaboration

Give the task once, in one room. Claude writes the code, Codex checks it, and the record stays in one place.

No copy-paste
04

Files beside terminals

File tree, editor, Markdown preview, and terminals open side by side. Review what an agent changed without leaving.

Local project
05

Optional worktree isolation

Give parallel tasks their own worktree when you need isolation. Without it, agents share files and you handle conflicts.

Git
06

Continue from iPhone

Reach your Mac over Tailscale or a trusted LAN. View sessions, take input, hand control back whenever you want.

Private network
07

Trust a workspace first

Untrusted projects can be read, never run. Paths, permissions, and control follow the same rules on Mac and iPhone.

Read-only first
08

No login credentials

Use your own Claude and Codex accounts. Connect does not read vendor auth files, and never stores or forwards tokens.

Local-first

Pick up your phone. Keep going.

iPhone connects straight to your Mac, never through a cloud. Projects and sessions stay on the computer.

  • New devices start read-only
  • Write access is confirmed on Mac
  • Pairing needs both codes to match

What you probably want to ask first.

Is Connect a terminal?
It is not another AI chat box. Claude, Codex, and shell panels all run real terminals. Connect manages the project, panels, collaboration, and iPhone connection.
Which coding agents are supported?
You can open Claude Code, Codex, and shell from the top bar. Other CLIs can run inside shell. Automated collaboration currently supports Claude and Codex.
Do I give Connect an API key or account?
No. You install and sign in to vendor CLIs yourself. Connect does not read vendor auth files, store or forward tokens, or provide a Connect AI account.
How do Claude and Codex collaborate?
Mention Claude or Codex in a room and Connect sends it the current room history. One agent runs one task at a time. Different agents and rooms can run together.
How does iPhone connect to Mac?
Mobile control is off by default on Mac. It only listens on Tailscale or a trusted LAN address. Pairing requires matching both security codes, and new devices start read-only.
Are projects or sessions uploaded to a Connect cloud?
No. Projects stay on your Mac and app data stays on the computer. iPhone connects directly over your private network.
Can I download it now?
Yes for Mac (1.0.3). It is Developer ID signed and notarized by Apple, and updates itself from inside the app. iPhone is still in App Store review; no link appears until it is live.
Are Windows and Android supported?
Not yet. The current targets are Apple silicon Mac and iPhone. Windows and Android have reserved spots, but no release date.
